By downloading or using PeachLock (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

The service

PeachLock helps you reduce time spent on selected iOS apps by gating them behind physical activity (squats) detected on-device. The app uses Apple’s Family Controls, ManagedSettings, DeviceActivity, and Vision frameworks.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policy.

Health & safety disclaimer

PeachLock is not a medical or fitness device. Squat detection is approximate and based on visual pose estimation; it is not a substitute for trained instruction. Don’t use the app if you have an injury, medical condition, or other reason squats may be unsafe. Consult a doctor or trainer if you’re unsure. You use the app at your own risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the app shield mechanism for purposes other than your own intended use.
• Use the app to interfere with other people’s devices.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the app.

Intellectual property

PeachLock, its name, design, and source code are owned by us. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to injury from exercise, time lost, or app blocking behavior.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. You can stop using the app any time by uninstalling it.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and surfaced in the app on next launch.
